HTS recently installed AV equipment at Cranham Primary School, Worcester

HTS recently installed AV equipment at Cranham Primary School in Worcester to complete the setup of a classroom that has now been split in two in order to create additional teaching space.

Cranham Primary School has around 460 pupils and as of September 2016, the school was converted to academy status, joining The Rivers C of E Multi Academy Trust (MAT). The Rivers C of E MAT has seven schools within the local Worcestershire area all of which, work collaboratively to continually develop their practices for the 2400 pupils across the MAT.

The decision was made by the school, to split one of their classrooms in two as they wanted to make the most out of the space they had available and with the help of our services, the school has been able to achieve this. It is vital that a school can utilise the space they have as this, opens the opportunity to allow a higher intake of students without comprising on reasonable class sizes to teach.

We are delighted that we were able to provide the Cranham Primary School with the services they needed to ensure both classrooms were fully equipped with the right audio visual equipment to suit their requirements. This will improve lesson quality and provide teachers with the equipment needed to facilitate collaborative and interactive learning experiences for all students. Not only this, but we were also able to provide this service with a quick turnaround of just one week. This minimised any disruption to the everyday running of the school, whilst offering this service at a price that was well within the school’s budget.

Gareth Morgan, Headteacher at Cranham Primary School, has made the following comments on the work that we recently carried out at the school; “Thank you for your company’s brilliant and swift service. The projectors you have installed are excellent, so excellent that we will soon be enquiring for another to be fitted in another of our classrooms. The installation team that attended our school were very helpful and coped with our indecisiveness very well. I would highly recommend your services and business to any school”.

We look forward to working with Cranham Primary School in the near future, to help create another collaborative and interactive classroom which will further benefit both the teachers and students at the school.

Spreading the word and drawing in new customers relates to the growth and success of your business. This is particularly true if you have a restaurant, retail store and other types of businesses that relay on foot traffic. The sign is one form of marketing and advertising that ranks being the most effective. A brand-new sign is the oldest but most dependable way to get people to notice your location.

In the past decade, the business world has changed drastically. Innovations in technology and developments within the world have created many changes and these changes can often present a number of challenges for businesses.

The workplace is now no longer a single physical place:

A large percentage of businesses have employees and clients scattered across numerous locations.

Some businesses no longer have just one single physical workplace; there is also an increasing number of companies that do not have office space at all.

Although this evolution within the business world has enabled businesses to change the way they operate, it does cause issues in terms of communication. It is now more important than ever that businesses ensure they maintain a good level of communication with the employees and clients as they are scattered across a number of locations.

Audio visual technology enables businesses to communicate with ease; video conferencing allows businesses to hold virtual meetings with their clients and employees, no matter where they are located, without having to step a foot outside of their workplace.

Not only this, but when a business has employees scattered across the globe it can also cause a number of issues with training, in terms of providing and facilitating training for each and every employee.

Video conferencing enables businesses to provide training to multiple employees at the same time across numerous locations without becoming costly or complicated.

Businesses are trying to do more with less:

Due to the innovations within the business world, smaller companies are now trying to keep up with their bigger competitors by trying to be more productive with less resources and tighter schedules.

Audio visual technology can help to boost productivity within a business, by improving communication between employees and the different departments within a business. Through displaying key messages using display screens , a business can motivate their employees and increase their productivity and this boost in productivity can be achieved without breaking the bank.

The business environment is much more fast paced:

Finally, with the internet and innovations in technology having caused our generation to expect instant results, this is now being reflected within the business world. The fast paced nature of business means that decisions need to be made quickly and communication needs to be fast.

Audio visual technology can also help a business to keep up to speed with the fast paced working environment, by allowing messages to be shared instantly via display screens and video conferencing .

The best investment that your business can make is in high quality audio visual equipment, due to the range of issues that this technology can easily solve.

Business communications:

Firstly, audio visual equipment helps to solve the issue of communication and speed within a business. Equipment such as display screens , can be used to keep your employees up-to-date with your latest business updates. Keeping your employees up-to-date will help to improve the speed at which business processes can be completed, improving your business’s output.

Quality of training and costs:

Audio visual equipment also helps to solve issues surrounding training needs. Due to time being so valuable within all businesses, it is vital that effective training is provided to your employees and audio visual equipment helps to achieve this. This is due to the fact that visual and auditory aids help to create an interactive learning experience for your employees, which will stick with them and help to improve their retention of information.

This effective training can all be achieved whilst actually reducing your training costs. Technology, such as video conferencing, can be used to present training to a large number of your employees, who may be located in several places across the world.

Travel costs:

Video conferencing also helps to reduce business travel costs. Rather than spending your budget on travelling to meetings with clients located halfway across the world, video conferencing allows you to hold virtual meetings with these clients. Therefore, through investing in audio visual equipment, you can actually reduce your business’s travel costs.

Quality of business events and seminars:

Finally, audio visual equipment also helps to improve the quality of the events and seminars your business hosts. It is vital that every member of the audience at your event can hear your guest speakers and see important presentation slides. AV technology helps to achieve this, so that everyone member of the audience is fully engaged, no matter where they are sat within your event room.

If your business is interested in investing in high quality audio visual equipment, to solve a number of issues that your business is facing, you can now check out the range of products we have available on our online store .
